After seven successful years this bar is up for sale due to family commitments. The business has been established as a friendly family bar that is open day and night, welcoming regular customers every summer season.
Serving food in the daytime and drinks at night in a chilled out environment, the bar setting is themed in a western style with many natural elements, mixing beautiful plants from the island with natural stone and wood.
It is an open planned bar designed to make the most of the beautiful weather in Greece. There is also a games room with a pool table, library and sofas to relax in. The beer garden at the back is a children’s park with a cool breeze and a view of the mountains.
The bar is open from 9am till 4pm for our tried and tested breakfast, lunch and bar snacks menu. In the evening we offer a relaxing atmosphere for drinking with our specialty-frozen cocktails, which have proven successful when the temperatures sore. The bar is located on the original Kalamaki strip with popular restaurants, shops and other bars which leads down to crystal beach where the loggerhead turtles nest.
The bar is 300m2 inside & out, and yearly rental is at the standard local rate, which can be discussed with the landlord of the building. The current owners are available to assist with all areas of the bar and food department and a list of suppliers (mainly English speaking contacts) can be given.
Mustang Saloon is being sold as an existing business with everything included(a list can be supplied on request) and is ready to run. Please note the building and land are not included in this sale.
An alternative option concerning the sale of the Mustang Saloon
30,000 Euros for the rights to own the name of the "Mustang Saloon" and all that the owners have added to make this building a themed bar to take and relocate to another venue in Kalamaki. The resort of Kalamaki is suggested because this bar is well established within the resort but if desired you could set this bar up in another resort in Zakynthos. If you are interested in this option, a list of every item included in the sale can be provided.
