As part of the refurbishment in 2007, a brand new Behringer sound system has been installed with an 8 channel mixing desk, 31 band equalizer, Europower amplifier (2 x 700 watts) and eight 40 watt speakers throughout the bar. Also included is a LED lighting system with remote control that can be set to run in time with the music. The lighting system also vastly reduces the electricity costs and the bulbs have a lifetime of 100,000 hours each.
